The sale of livestock is conducted at the sole discretion of the seller. The seller reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, decline, cancel, or withdraw from any livestock sale or transaction at any time, for any reason, and without obligation to provide explanation or justification.

By engaging in communication or transactions regarding livestock sales, buyers acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
